From the idea to the functional (web) app
You have new ideas, but no precise idea of planning, modeling, implementation and design. Then I am your development team. I've been a web developer for over 15 years and specialized in prototypes, MVPs and StartUp bootstrapping for almost 10 years now. For me ~10 key points are enough to develop with you and your team, your desired product.
Agility instead of tedious planning
I always develop all projects individually for and with the customer! This means that the projects are created online from the very beginning! So that all parties involved in the project have access to the current status at any time and can participate in its improvement with wishes and criticism.
Finding solutions instead of seeing problems
I have been able to solve or functionally work around every problem so far! There is nothing impossible! Sometimes the solution just needs to be a bit more abstract. I could already implement integration in payroll accounting, simulation of non-existing API`s on partner side, prediction of daily meal requests and much more and I am always grateful for new challenges.
Success through experience
Several of the projects I have developed have received significant investments (2 even Series-A and Series-B), 3 have made an exit and again 3 have been funded by well-known incubator programs.
Communication is everything
This is not only true in the interpersonal area, especially for service oriented applications it is important to communicate with other products. I have diverse experience with all kinds of APIs, be it JSON, SOAP, XML and so on. Also text based like CSV, DATEV and custom solutions. If needed, I also emulated an API to motivate business partners to enable them.
